Why are you still using kiosk switch as your main switch does it even play retail games you could have sold it for much more money on somewhere in internet.

There (probably) isn't a button combo to get out of it, if your console is unpatched or you're able to install a modchip I maintain a modified version of atmosphere to get out of it here https://github.com/ZachyCatGames/Atmosphere/releases

You'd need a gamecard with a title called QCIT (Quest Content Installer Tool) on it.
If you obtain one, put it in the system and it should boot to it and install RIDM and some demos.

I was able to find a xci file of this. is it possible that i can install it on a homebrew switch? (I have an extra switch I can test this on) and will it brick the switch if i do?
