Hello, I have a problem with my console charging.

Preface. I bought it already problematic and decided to restore it. re-read the entire Internet and decided to replace the chip m92t36 . Everything worked, the console turned on. Charging was on, etc. But when the charging is connected in the off state, it goes out and does not charge and starts again on error 2101-0001.

Please help With this problem

The error is related to the M92t36 but it might not only be the M92t36 that might have been broken.

This repair video also checks the filters to the USB port so that is maybe something to check.


Also capacitors around the M92t36 can sometimes be broken causing a short again under some condition.
Afaik, the Switch will also fast charge when powered down.
So it might be that when the Switch goes to fast charging, it encounters something that is broken again.

I read some posts here that say that you can just measure the capacitors with an ohm meter because broken capicitors are shorted in many cases.
