Hacking Nintendo logo stuck on bottom screen and blinking continously

Hello all,

When I have turned on my console today, I noticed that a circled Nintendo logo (the one that is shown when you start a game or app) is stuck on the bottom screen of my 3ds and furthermore is continuously blinking. I can't take a photo of it because it blinks really fast.

I have never experienced a problem like this in all the time I have my console modified with Luma + latest firmware (new 3ds).

Is anyone here who can help me?

have you tried pressing the power button until it turns off?
are you using ntr?

I have solved it.
I tried what you say but no luck.

What I did was remove the battery, waiting a few seconds and then puting it again.
Profit.
