the pal game that i have is working fine, the ntsc-j or the swiss dvd did not boot at all

Currently trying to reflash it via avrdude but without luck. I've found this site https://kyleglisso3.wixsite.com/moddedgear/mods but i can't get the program find the Atmel.
I know that the solder aren't the best this time maybe because it's pretty late. I'm gonna try again tomorrow, let's see if I can get out
(Maybe the bridge with the breadboard is missing in some way, could be? )

Did it, but, is it normal that avrdude wont recognize the chip? The power led wont event turn on.

Xeno was the problem, replaced with a clone one and it works perfectly.
