WarioWare Touched. i must have missed it when i first got my ds , but after playing it on the Wii , I LOVE the ds version..
Super Mario 64 DS, Robo Custom Arena and Jump Ultimate Stars are something to be on the yellow list!!!!!!!
MechAssault: Phantom War should be among the recommended games, also... if it had have better textures, it'd be on the yellow one for me!

Gotta wait and see... 70% chance it will be great... but it could just be hyped up too much and it really could end up sucking. I try to be as impartial to hype as I can for the most part... I really want to see and play the game before I make and final judgements.

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.
The issue is DRM -

You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60
