Hacking Nintendo DS Release Dat Needed

Ok I need some help here folks, I need a Nintendo DS Scene release dat/xml file that is updated regulary as Nintendo DS games get dumped and contains the release number, the game's name, save type and Serial/Region/Game ID. By the Serial/Region/Game ID I mean the first 4 digits that specify the games region and serial identifier like ABCE, ABCJ, ABCP and such.

I don't think anything like that exists.
You're best bet is to get a rom manager (like rominater) and use that... I would have SWORN that there was a dat for offlinelist somewhere...

However, the R4 firmware pack cd has a list of some rom-numbers...

as written above XXXX = demo/beta or KIOSK (DOWNLOAD STATION or PROMO rom) used in game stores for exclusive pokemon or just to demo a game in store

Problem is, the ADVANsCEne NDS XML dat file would be perfect if it contained the game/region ID x.x
