Hacking Nintendo 3DS 10.4 CIA Installer?

You can't, memchunkhax2 was patched since 10.4.

O3DS/N3DS on 10.4 or 10.5 needs to have hardmod to patch the NATVE_FIRM of 10.2 to get the memchunkhax2 working again so you can downgrade to 9.2 or below.

So far five members had already tested it to work, including the member hundshammer.

If you can hardmod yourself or send it for hardmod then the process itself is very easy and safe (once you made an initial NAND backup to your PC using hardmod).

Is is brand new? Because I'm sure it will definitely be on 10.3 or lower if so. I don't think there are currently any brand new 3DSs with 10.4 or 10.5 as I know of.

Here's your best shot, although it will require a hardmod (ripping apart your system and soldering stuff) to do. As of the moment, that's really your only viable solution, outside of attempting to sell your console and get a new one on a lower firmware.

Thanks. Yeah I read the post but I am not confident enough in myself to hardmod nor do I have the equipment and since I am in Australia there is probably no one who can do it for me even with pay.
