Hacking Ninjhax and offline mode

so , i've been thinking
to use Ninjhax , you must turn on online in 3DS
but, if Nintendo released a new update , someday your 3DS will catch that update
and it all over

any solution for that ?

You only need to be online once, when you install ninjhax.
And if a new Update comes and you not installed ninjhax already, start Cubic ninja, turn on the internet, install ninjhax, turn off the internet.
After you installed it, you don't need internet on the 3ds again

When running ninjhax for the first time, it asks if you want to install the exploit to the savegame. If you do this, a connection is no longer required the next time.

For me the exploit only works sometimes. The exploit is running everytime but most times it starts the browser and freezes the 3DS instead of starting HBL. It does so whether I have wifi enabled or not. I have an old 3DS on 9.2.0-20E in Gateway emunand.

Anyone know a solution to this?
