Anyone tried Nier: Automata from FitGirl?
Installation completed with no crc errors, but game won't run. Double clicking on .exe does nothing

i seen people reporting a white screen... look into steam discussions, they usually offer solutions and claim problems over there

OP if you got problems with a torrent, you better bitch on that torrent page.. it can be a fake or something.. we can't help you much.. other than recomend you to check feedback by other people where people discuss about that specific game (like steam discussions) or where you get that game from...

It legit torrent. @home, I have it on steam, works.great, but in my apartment, no internet, hence torrent.

That's not really an answer. And Steam does have an offline mode. And how do you know it's legit?

Have it, not seeing any major issues. Granted my GPU can only play it at EDTV resolution (720x480) at a decent speed lol.

Anywhoo, I'd try a different torrent (or downloading it again). Or what you could do since you totally have the game for Steam at your parent's place is copy the game onto a flash drive and then just put a crack for the game on top of that.
