Seems like Ni No Kuni was leaked today.
Anyone played it, yet and could evaluate how well it runs?

From framerate reviews it's fairly stable 30 FPS. But it has some issues with glitches (maybe only in certain rare circumstances). This was on version 1.01 and I would wait for day one patch to release (hopefully newer than 1.01).

I also wanted to note that some other reviewers didn’t experience the same bugs and glitches as we did. I’ll make an update post or video if the studio fixes these issues or, if by chance, only a very small % of people are encountering them. For right now, just be cautious.

My local Walmart put out the Nintendo switch lite, LoZ: Links awakening and ni no kuni on Sunday. There gutting the electronics section to just TVs and are trying to clear stock out. I guess someone decided to risk Nintendo’s wrath and broke the street dates.

Had a chance to play it yesterday evening and this morning.
Skipped a few of the first cut-scenes, since i had seen those so many times trying out RPCS3.
Watched the ones after he got a wand tho, few minutes in, and so far everything seems fine.
Couldnt be happier.
Seems like that is really just an isolated issue.

Most ppl prefer this one over the 2nd Kuni. Its basically pokemon & tales fused together, but performance-wise i'm not expecting too much from its ps3 version. I mean its not exactly a PC port guys.

this is how bad the 2nd one is: i have the limited edition steelbook version and no matter what i do i cannot sell it back even gamespot/eb games said they don't want it!

I never finish the first game back on the ps3, the game crashed few times and I still didn't save so I have to repeat again, and I'm not really a fan of pokemon like style.
I already played around 20 hours on ps3 and I wasn't interested, But I may give it another chance on the switch.

When I would be able to play the eshop version? I can start Zelda but not ni no kuni.

I think third party games get updated between 12 noon and 2 p.m. or something like that. first party stuff like zelda becomes playable at midnight. I was actually able to open the game before that, so they're probably basing this off of eastern standard time.

not sure. it kinda sucks that you can't play at midnight. I grew a bit aggravated with this when grandia hd collection was released.

Just check US eshop game page. if it's pre-purchase button, then it's not released. Usually there are 12h between first-party and third-party.

ni no kuni is playable now. I just checked it. I got the date mixed up with contra. that comes out on the 24th.

Yes I played it on Nintendo switch and it looks very good on handheld. I also bought the steam for future proof for later. I will finish the switch version instead. It was almost 10-11 hours between Zelda and ni no kuni unlock.
