Hacking NGC games on Wii Problem

I try to burn multiple games dvd with Gamecube games but some of them don't work.
Those with NTSC in names work but others might be Pal. Any way to convert them?
When I start multiple NGC Disc there is Region setup but whatever I pick I see black screen

So gamecube games shouldn't work at all....

Some of them do work? Thats crazy?

There is supposedly a GC launcher coming later this week...

Of course I have a chip (WiiKey).
Just I put some NGC Isos with MultipleIsoCreator but some don't work (Eternal Darkness, Zelda OOt).
Is it because of regions? (I'm not sure what they are)
