Using just ModMii on it's own, run the SysCheck Update Wizard to update and install IOSes/cIOSes that you may need (this will download Multi-Mod Manager as well).

Use Multi-Mod Manager to install these onto your console. This tool can also be used to remove any stubbed IOSes.

You can't just mix and match guides like that. You have a bunch of unnecessary IOS's installed (and you are missing a few as well), but you're safer not uninstalling it.

Either follow ModMii on here or Softmod ANY Wii on HacksDen and completely resoftmod your Wii so you have a normal setup. You also might want to switch loaders if GX still gives you trouble. I suggest Configurable USB Loader since it is the most stable.

i don't know why, you've still got IOS200 installed... get rid of it, if it hasn't got any use of purpose.
Thought there was a chance I might brick if i uninstalled a wad. so that was the reason i have not removed it yet.
Ok 202 uninstalled now also.
doh i think i uninstalled the wrong one lol. well hope i get no brick got to fix that now.

Edit:
Nope i removed 200 thank god lol.

Remove any IOSes above 200 (apart from IOS254 for BootMii and IOS236), then download the recommended cIOSes using ModMii and install them using Multi-Mod Manager (using IOS236).

Use MMM to remove any stubs, then do another SysCheck to check for any updates with ModMii's SysCheck Wizard.

Edit: you should never, ever remove any other IOSes (stubs are exceptions), than those I just mentioned above 200.
