Hello all,

I'm new to hombrews and CFW (just got it fully working on my switch yesterday) and have been doing some research around.

When I was originally trying to boot into CFW (I used Fusee - primary for injection) I didn't know sysNAND and emuNAND was a thing and booted into Atmosphere without setting up a emuNAND or Incognito on my switch first.

I've since used Hekate for the booting and have it booted into my emuNAND. I also used deepsea (normal) for my CFW as I wasn't certain how to get the store on my switch.

Since I had booted into CFW before I had my emuNAND or incognito set up, should I be concerned about my sysNAND at all?

I don't believe I was booted into the CFW for long and didn't have my switch connected to wifi at the time.

Thank you for any replies!
