Hacking New vita 3.55, Activating psn

Hi there, this is my first post in the Vita section

I bought today a used Vita slim on 3.55. Unfortunately I'm a couple days late and there is now 3.57...

I would like to activate my device to download Mimana Iyar Chronicle which I purchased thru the browser. Doable? I don't have a PS3 (I do have a PS4).

I have VitaUpdateBlocker setup and working, doesn't seem to help.

You'll need to borrow a PS3 from someone. That's the only way to transfer games without being on the latest firmware, and the latest firmware has patched the exploit.

Does this really just work like mentioned? I'm quite amazed if it does as why would people need update blockers and whatnot if it was just that easy?

hey again, Am on 3.55 now, Tried it out with Rayman Legends Demo (1gb). Works fine.

if you already regist your psvita with psn account it's will work.(you can sign in psn account but you can't regist device without update)
but if you never regist you must have latest fw ps3 ->create new user->add psn->download game->use open cma
