ROM Hack New Update?

Im on 9.4 yet Im getting an update message. Is there a new update out?

Are you at 9.4-20? Might explain it. Latest update was 9.4-21 (http://www.nintendo.com/3ds/system-update)

I don't know then. Have you tried to check for new updates on your 3DS? If nothing it's probably some sort of glitch

I know I got the blue light and message when I go out of sleep mode. Also, I cant go to eshop due to it wanting to update. I can try updating and see what happens, but I do fear that I might make myself unable to use Gateway.

you cant use gateway on 9.4, so nothing lost there...

You can't use it on 9.4, unless you're confusing the emuNAND with the sysNAND.

Sorry. I automatically assume that when Gateway is involved then emuNAND is as well. Forgive me. Anyways, I decided to take the risk and try updating. It didnt change the version number but it did remove the USA video that I installed. I checked eShop and its working again. After I put back my themes, DLC, and the video, Ill check to see if the blue light pops back up. It could have been the video doing it.
