yes, but it reads the boot.dol from SD, so it must have code for that. There are different versions for fat and fat32, so it does matter. sdhc will probably need specific code too.

Well you need a normal SD-card to get the twilight hack on there, so I don't see the point to make it SDHC compatible. Furthermore they have very small space to work with on there, as they are exploiting code. It would be very difficult to implement anymore than there is allready.

My guess would be no. But you can always try of course. If it doesn't work, it will just lock up. Hold power button for a few seconds to power it off then.
