New system update for 3DS - 11.1.0-34

It has been reported that a new firmware for the 3DS has been released, updating several previously exploited system titles. As always with such updates, we recommend you avoid updating your console until we can confirm what has and hasn't been patched. This post will be updated with relevant information about the update. Please discuss in the linked discussion thread below!

UPDATE: NTR CFW has been broken by the update, and Browserhax has reportedly been patched.
