striptease, please!

I want to see both sides of the pcb

You want me to open it up and ruin my new card. I bought it with my own money, I didn't get it for free you know.

Edit: I'll think about it.

ok-sorry! Of course, I do not want you to ruin your brandnew, selfpayed card!
I just wanted to know, if the pcb is the same.. if there just happened some "cosmetic-shell rework"
with some extra gimicks (cardreader, cd,...)

Can you "feel" the chip under the label?
What colour (red?, green?) is the pcb (look at the contact-side - or look in the micros-sd hole)

My old SC DS One died yesterday... it does not boot anymore/often.. if it boots, it gets often psram-errors
(selfdiagnostic: hold both shoulderbuttons when you boot up; even with no micro sd inside)
Very often my NDS freezes at the "Nintendo health screen - light grey text)

even my NDSlite SLOT1-load mechanism died yesterday, when i tried to reinsert the old SD DS one again and again

Got mine, but since I was a little late with the pics, I'll just comment.

My SC DS1 still makes scraping sounds when ejecting.
The chip no longer sticks out, but it still isn't covered by the shell

On the other hand, the plastic shell has better build quality over the 1st batch. Just like a real DS cart.

1. Yes , you can still feel the chip under the sticker, but only by a little bit.
2.PCB color in mine is green.
3. It's still hard to eject the SCDS out of the DS. Best way is to push down on both end of the SCDS at the same time.

Same here.

Ok, after playing with it for awhile I can't see how R4's will outsell the DS One anymore. The interface for it is freakin sweet.

The interface hasn't really changed much. Actually, it hasn't changed at all, which really sucks.
But I still think that the DS One still has potential to compete with the R4 or the M3 if their team would just send out updates (much) more frequently. And they should make the OS more customization friendly. I was able to change the interface to a much nicer one, but that took hours of researching on forums and downloading user-made programs!

BTW BeerMan, supernds.com is awesome! I looked around to find places to buy Japanese kingstons, but yours was the only site that I found that sells only Japanese ones. Other people kept ordering from other sites , and they had a half/half chance of receiving a Taiwanese version. Prices were great, and shipping was fast(ordered Sunday, got it Tuesday morning). Keep up the great work! I will definitely order from you again.

Hey man, thanks for the good word. I do my best on shipping things out ASAP, and it's actually pretty convenient and easy for me to do because my office is right next to a USPS hub. Heh.

By the way, anyone who PM's me here and asks I can offer you free shipping through PayPal express orders.

The thing I don't like about the SCDS1 is how sensitive the menu is... And if you close that little box that gets in your way there is no way of telling if a game has loaded.
