Close your 3ds then open your 3ds to temp fix it.

Sounds like your 3D is not working properly. Try re-calibrating in the settings

That is totally wrong this is a well know fault with cfw emunand on new 3ds as has been said if you shut the lid over then reopen it the fault is fixes

Its more than likely that you are using gateway. They havent fozed that yet (not a surrprise) Try any other cfw, almost all of them have fixed it now (or is it jusy randomly my 3ds that works now? XD)

I am using ReiNAND
I think it's just Gateway though.

We are talking about cfws xD I just recommend AuReinand to everyone now. I at first didnt want to move from just Reinand, but it provides alot more than i expected it to.

I have a9lh, but if someone that doesnt even know that gateway has a blur problem, they may not want to try to install a9lh...

Not everybody should do it, and not everybody want it. For some people is better to stay in 9.2 with an emunand.

RxTools fixed that a little while ago, i only just realised that yesterday.
