Can the entire Plailect's guide (from downgrading via hardmod, to installing EmuNAND and then a9lh) be done on a New Nintendo 3DS?

There is an update to the A9LH bible that just requires you to flash a "generic" nand that contains 2.1 firmware and has you updating from your actual 9.2 firmware backup.

Takes much less time, even if you include the DSiWare (11 firmware downgrade) downgrade
