New modchip, far less wires on the PSOne PAL version (single wire BIOS patch, No gate) optional LED, I can't get the PIC version to fail.

New Open Source In game reset and video mode switcher, to suit my PCB's with dual crystals, just routes power to either one.
I'll do a video shortly, still consider it in testing, but working flawlessly on my personal Xstation console with multiple controllers.
