i just updated the firmware on my m3sakura and now when i'm powering up my DS lite the screen shows up that there's no game cart in the slot. I tried formatting the drive, even erasing sakura from and using the newer m3ds real firmware and still nothing. anyone have any tips on how to fix this?

Your contacts are probably bad. Trying pushing your finger up against your m3 while it's in your DS when you turn it on and see if it detects it.
