Found this on the M3 forums and thought I would share it here. The change list is not yet properly translated so I won't bother posting it here as it makes no sense translated by google anyway. I don't know if Tony Hawks works or not as I haven't tried it because I could care less about that game

According to the translation, still does not work along with Kanshuu Nippon Joushikiryoku Kentei Kyoukai: Imasara Hito ni wa Kikenai Otona no Joushikiryoku Training...#622....which is the one I care about. They've also added another 2 games that weren't running on the m3 according to the update I read @ yyjoy: 670/667. And apparently fixed some saving stability issues with this new manager.
