Hey everyone!
I'm a freshman in college and I'm about to finish up a course called Introduction to Java. I enjoy programming so I might explore other languages over the summer and make a nice hobby out of it. My goal is to be able to program very very simple games by the end of the summer.
I am probably going to learn C++ because I learned some of the basics of that language a year ago. However, I was teaching myself so I didn't understand some concepts as easily as others. Luckily I have a better grasp on those concepts now that I've taken an intro course in programming.
Joining a community like this is basically my first step to learn more about programming. I look forward to all of your advice!
