hello all, I just turned on my o3ds today and I tried to play Mario Kart online to which I got error 002 0102. I can't tell if this is from before or now, in suit of the recent news. if so, when I change the seed, will I get rebanned? I want to play Mario kart online, and this is my major obstacle. thanks everybody, I appreciate it.

this error code has been going on since the mid 2010s. here's a tutorial to get unbanned, but you will need decrypt9.

kinda confused how a random number would unban you. usually, these console makers have a database of valid ids, if you make one up, it won't let you sign in. don't know if that's the case with the 3ds or not as I've never been banned.

you basically have to borrow someone else's seed. there are plenty of public ones apparently.

Your fine to do so. Just dont outright cheat online and dont use a fraud creditcard or chargebacks.
