Im very interested in a New 3ds xl Galaxy edition, it's so cheap where i live right now.
But i wanna now what firmware does it come out of the box? If someone who owns it could say to me

Cheap? In Brazil? Never heard that before.

Anyway, you stand a pretty favorable chance it's < 11.3, but no guarantees. 11.4 has been out for 5 months. If 3ds's sell fast in your neighborhood, forget what I said.

Every Galaxy N3DS I've ever encountered immediately out of the box was on 11.2, so there is a good chance you will be able to install B9S and Luma3DS using the Soundhax method. If the 3DS is on 11.4 or higher, an ntrboot-compatible flashcart will only cost you around $14.

Awhile ago, pre-ordered actually, guess that adds to the low firmware.
