Hello everyone.

I always connect my new 3ds to FTPD via Filezilla to move files. I do this on my default pc. Today I decided to move a file, but since I was away from my pc, I used my laptop. It asked me to update Filezilla and after that, I connected my 3ds normally. It turns out that at some point, I don't know if a file was moved to a folder without me noticing, but after close ftpd, the entire system of 3ds get reseted. My folders are empty except for the DS games that were installed via twilightmenu dsi (all ds games works normally). Since I don't have a SD adapter to put te microSD in my pc, I saw the files via godmode. All files are there, but by some reason, the console still doesn't charge the modded configurations, like games installed by cia, homebrew, theme, nothing. Just the DS games. What I suppose to do? ASAP I will get a SD adapter, but wanna know what I have to do to bring back the configs.

I don't know why you're calling these "modded configurations". That is a very strange thing to call them.

Anyway, something's gone wrong with your SD card. (DS and DSi games are stored in the NAND and are unaffected by SD card problems.) This sort of thing happens very frequently.

Copy everything off your SD card (Roadkil's Unstoppable Copier is recommended since there's a possibility of corruption), format the card, test the empty card with h2testw, and copy everything back again. See if that fixes it. If the test fails or if you can't format the card, then you should get a new card (and copy everything to the new card after formatting and testing it).

Obviously you will need a way of connecting your SD card to your PC before you can do this, of course.
