Hacking New 3DS RX TOOLS 10.3 Update?

Hi I just wanted to know if it was safe to update my emunand to 10.3
I have a NEW 3DSXL with RX Tools on 9.2

No. Currently there is no CFW that supports emunand greater then 9.5 on n3DS.

You can't update your emuNAND to 9.6 or above on a n3ds.
