Gaming new 3DS firmware update is up

just finished updating, the latest firmware is 7.0.0-13U
if you are going to update your 3DS be prepared to wait a long time, took about 20 minutes for me

some new things I noticed are the miiverse ( of course ), a camera fix ( now you have to press both L and R to boot it ), and Nintendo Network ID settings added to the system settings
and the miiverse icon is on one of the cubes that float around when you leave the cursor at an empty space

probably most flashcarts were blocked too
