This game is great! I didn't like the old Donkey Kong 8bit games (I did however liek DK 64 and the DK country games) but this game is really fun. Well back to playing it

did your dumped game work without any problems?
if yes, nintendo did a baaaad job with their ultra leet copy protection.

Holy jeez, does the music sound awful in the real game, too? I mean, I can tell the tunage is decent, but there's a horrible fuzzy static to it.

Combine that with all the pointless voice samples, the ugly CG cutscenes, and the horrid character graphics......ugh.....the game loses quite a bit of it's charm.

1.7.2 as far as I'm aware was miscompiled.. also note that 1.7.2 isn't an official build according to VBA's homepage http://vba.ngemu.com/ . I've tested this game with 1.7.1, and as yet no problems.

There are 2 versions of vba1.7.2 one from the 22nd of may and one from the 23rd of may (1.728.602)
