Gaming Netflix Channel Problems

Okay so I downloaded the Netflix app for the 3DS.
I started it up and all I get after it loads is a gray blank page with a Yes option and a No option.
I let it load for hours and nothing happens...
I tried reinstalling but nope! Anyone knows what's wrong?
