ROM Hack NES + SNES online mod help

Hello i have a Nintendo switch on 9.2.0 and use sxos.
I had the NES + SNES online mod installed.
After updating to 9.2.0 each time i go to play it says there is a new update.
If i manually install the update for each i lose the extra games.
Can anyone please suggest how i can fix this?
