I tried all the methods here and I couldn't do it on nso nes, it stays frozen on the red splash screen, does anyone know what it could be?

maybe you need to do it all over again, make sure to dump the latest version of the apps, if your installed version is older than the current one, that happens

Seems to be related to system update 19.0, I'm having the same issue with the GBA app.

It still works on SNES v5.0.0. just dump sysmain.scn with dbi.
