The computer I own is a refurbished Acer Veriton 5200 from Harvey Norman (an Australian store) and I can only access the drive's DVD capabilities with Nero, which came with the computer. Windows only recognizes it as a CD drive, and it works as a CD drive, but how can I get the built-in DVD capability? Do I need to use another program, or something else...?
Also, normal video DVDs work.
Many, many thanks in advance!
