Homebrew Neogamma black screen

Hey, today I installed Homebrew Channel with Neogamma R8RC1, but when I run Neogamma, I get a black screen and the Wii freezes.
I tried CIOS 38 rev17, but whenever I pick the required IOS (IOS249), the Wii freezes.
I tried installing Neogamma's WAD thingy, but I got Error: -2011.
I tried Pimp My Wii, but it didn't really change anything.
My Wii's version is 4.2E.

What should I do? :S

Does your wii freeze right after you click Neogamma at the home brew channel?... if so..
Then just take out your sd card and blow in the sd-card slot and on the card as well xD i know it sounds weird, but i had the same problem.. hope it helps

I just tried it, it didn't work. D:
I get a black screen before the Wii freezes.

Install cios249 rev 19 38 base then try Neogamma again
P.S use DOP-Mii_v12 to check your stub ios's
