If you're on o3ds with Luma 10.0.1 like me, you may be wondering how the neo geo games would work in 133mhz mode in TWiLight Menu++. When trying to run NeoDs from console sd card it gives a black screen.
You need a ds flashcard(i have r4i gold plus). Put your games and NeoDs on flashcard sd card, run TWiLight Menu++, go to settings, change ARM9 CPU Speed to 133 Mhz, VRAM boost to ON, SCFG access in Slot-1 to ON. Then go back, click select and choose "Launch Slot-1 card". Run NeoDs, and enjoy 60 fps with some graphical issues.
PS. TWiLight Menu++ must be on the console sd card.
