Hey guys, would this stand up in court? I mean, if neimod is editing key photos which link him to initial cart dumps. I don't think it's to preserve his "no pirating" reputation. If neimod gets into trouble over this, what are the chances he'll do anything public-ish again.

Side note, if he wrote that nfo for the releases, there's some insight into how he treats/thinks about the scene when he thinks he can't be judged.

Just by itself it wouldn't stand even in US court, and all LGC releases are EUR. They could probably find something more substantial/recent if they raided his house, but trying to prove that he released those dumps in 2011 looks next to impossible to me, especially considering that neimod's obviously aware of this thread.

On a side note, nfo in question:

Its sad to see how little talent these "groups" that
are considered to form the "scene" of today actually
possess. Is there actually anything you can do without
the help of chinese flashcard makers or independent
homebrew coders? If you look further than the countless
amounts of shovelware, serial dupes and old crap, i

nfos and namedropping, you're no better than the
anonymous bittorrent releaser. The distribution might be

forgotten, whereas people will always remember the TRUE
legends.

Not sure if trolling or serious. If he were a part of the team, he'd make sure that no one who had newer firmware would be able to use the Gateway, and that would be a pretty dick move, considering the team confirmed that they're working on new FW support, so....
