Hacking Need Some Info...

So I checked on the 3ds.guide that there is a method of installing b9s using magnet hax. It asks for two 3ds. I have two 3ds. One old 3ds xl EUR & one new 3ds xl USA. Old one is hacked on b9s & new one is needed to be hacked. New 3ds is in different region. Also it's on 11.4. So will that method work even if I have different region console? & even if it's on 11.4? I checked it says it works for all firmwares. Just want to know if it works....

I have R4I DUAL CORE & R4I RTS WIFI. Will those carts work with this method?

As for the firmware, yes, it works on every firmware, even on 11.4.
As for the different region of your two 3DS, I think it should work because I don't see any region-specific file
Last point, I think your flashcarts won't work, because at the moment only R4i Gold RTS and Acekard 2i are supported

Every flashcart maker has their own unique bullshit. Different carts are different. Every single one has to be reverse-engineered, and that takes a lot of resources.

Which one is it? Should I buy gold pro rts or should I buy simple gold?

On the 3ds.guide it says R4i Gold 3DS RTS. The simple r4i gold doesn't say rts. So should I buy the pro one?

No. Absolutely not. The supported cart is from r4ids.cn. If your R4i is not, then it almost certainly isn't supported.
