Hacking Need some help with PoP: Forgotten Sands

Hey everyone.
I've been having trouble with Prince of Persia, when playing the game I can't go to the home menu because the game would freeze, and at some point in the game it just crashes.
I've had a similar problem with Monster Hunter 3, but I fixed it by installing IOS249 rev19.
how do I fix this one?

If you know how to use Configurable USB Loader (v57b7 ) , try to enable the
'Clear Patches' in the individual game setting.

I don't have problem by this way.

I have no idea how to do any of that, I have a hardmodded Wii.
Is there any fix for modchip users?
