Hacking Need some help extracting text from a game.

I ripped a copy of the game "Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki, and I wanted to get access to the script. I tried opening the ripped ISO with UMDgen, but have no idea what I'm looking at, or how to get the script extracted from the ISO.

I took a screenshot of what I think may be the script, but again, I may be wrong. The purpose is so I can have an easier time translating it into English.
