So just forget the whole nand dump and the ticket.db and moveable.sed, and just jump to installing A9LH and then I move my emunand correct?

Yes since you don't have to do any ticket stuff after installing a9lh since you are going to be injecting your emunand where your emunand installed games will work fine on sys cfw.

follow all steps in 3ds guide line by line until that part of copying emunand backup to already a9lh-ed sysnand choosing the option "keep a9lh"
