Need new emuMMC - just delete the old or?

Hi. I think my emuMMC is corrupt, and I need to make a new one from hekate.

Can I just delete the emuMMC folder from the root on the SD-card, and make a new one from hekate? And that way keep my atmosphere etc. on the card?

The emunand is partition based.

The emuMMC folder doesn't contain your emuMMC; as the name implies, your emuMMC is a partition so in order to remove it, you need to remove the partition.
