Hacking NEED HELP

So I haven’t messed with the switch in awhile so I updated all the firmware’s atmosphere and the CFW updated from 7.0.1 to 10.0 But I screwed it up, the sdcard is setup for exfat but I installed the 10.0 CFW as I guess fat32. Now I keep getting errors in the boot process in atmosphere. Is there a easy fix to this or do I need to format my sdcard and lose everything?

1. Use another sd card formatted in FAT32 and install the firmware again, this time with exfat support.

2. Copy the content of your sd card, format it and then copy it back. No need to lose anything.

You shouldn't be using exfat anyway. It's more prone to corruption than FAT32.
