Hacking Need help with USB Loader GX

Hi,

I have a 170 GB external HDD and I was trying to get some isos onto it so I could play them on USB Loader, but I ran into a problem. I formatted the drive to FAT32 but most of the iso files that I have are over 4 GBs so it's impossible for me to put them onto the HDD due to the filesize limit for FAT32.

Does anyone know a way around this? Any help would be much appreciated.

Use wii backup manager and it will convert /split the files into 4GB chunks

So that worked, but I've ran into another problem. USB Loader doesn't recognize my HDD. I've ensured that it's FAT32 and it's plugged into port 0, and I've made sure that all the USB ports on the console are 100% working.

Does anyone know how to fix this?

Does the HDD work with homebrew channel? Is it getting enough power? If running on a wiiu in vwii mode then u will likely need a y cable to draw power from 2 USB ports.

Edit: Google for the USB hdd compatibiliy list, u might just have an incompatible drive
