Hacking Need help with R4i Gold

I am running the firmware wood r4 1.20. I have the clone version i think called r4-pro but i downloaded everything up to date. [http://www.r4-pro.com/index_en.html] (xenophobia roms US)

The problem is i load up a game (pokemon platinum or soul silver) and play it is working perfectly and smoothly no problems. Then i save the game and turn off my ds or switch roms. When i feel like playing the game again it starts a whole new game every time. On pokemon it says in a blue screen upon pressing start the save file has been erased due to corruption. I check the files and the sav file is there but it won't load it. Please help me out.

It might the flashcart or SD card. Try backing everything on your SD Card onto your computer, somewhere safe, then format your SD Card with the SD Formatter 3.0. Then backup your SD Card with your original files.

Ive done that twice and nothing. Try www.r4-pro.com for the link. That is the site that is listed on the box. Ive tried other firmwares and it didnt work with it only the firmwares off the site worked

And yes my roms and savs are exactly the same. The card just keeps creating new ones everytime i play the game and won't load the old ones

This cart is not a genuine r4i gold and it can not support savers.
You can have a try once and once more.
It seems that there is something wrong with the main controller of the cart.

The genuine one should be www.r4ids.cn.

I was told that if i put acekart firmware on it that it would fix this but im not really sure how to do that

There is no way to fix it.
I have metioned before that there is someting wrong with the main controller IC of this cart.
The saver can not be kept.
Just throw it away.
You can try it once and once more and you do have no way to fix it.
You should ask for some suggestions here before you get a flashcart.
www.r4-pro.com is really a trash.
The genuine r4ids gold should be www.r4ids.cn, which is officially supported by WOOD R4.
