I'm really confused about all of this, I'm trying to download this guy's file of all pokemon so I can easily edit each one. But I don't get the instructions at all, here's the post:

Took me more than two weeks to finish this project. [Was a bit difficult]
This is for those who use Cyber Sav / Gateway / Expoids. (For now)
To edit files, use PkHeX.
This is a COMPLETE save file of all competitive Pokemon.
They were all eggs born in version Y, X, AS and OR. All possible legendaries KB.
There is 4 saves: OR, AS, Y and X save file. But I'm sending the dump with .pk6 [pkx] separate zip [db.zp]. Simply import the files on your own file in the same folder as PKHeX.
