Homebrew Need help with oothax

So I have a 3ds that has cfw installed along with an ocarina of time cartridge with oothax save file. Can I make homebrew run on my other 3ds without cfw via oothax?

Yes, use sploit_installer which comes in the homebrew starter kit. Download it here https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip and extract it and place it on your SD card (let the 3ds folder merge with the one you already have, if you have one).
