Hacking Need help with: NDS_Backup_Tool_Wifi v0.31

I have it download, and on my R4. I also have a FTP server, and account set up.

My problem:
After it connects to the internet, and logs on to the FTP account, I put on the game I want to dump (Brain Age). But when I go to dump it, it says "Rom Backup..." then after a few seconds gives me an error message: "data transfer failed. Please do over again." I've tried it several times, and it doesn't work. Can someone help me?

Also, here is what I have in the .ini file:

Perhaps you have port 21 blocked on your router? Also, I know that in Serv-U FTP, you need to check the "Write" permission in users so that you can write to your hard drive.
