Hacking Need help with emunand..

So I have a N3ds 11.2 it has cfw Luma arm9lh installed I want to make a emunand and unlinked it so I can have a second friend code I forgot how to do this it's been so long since I made a emunand how do I go about it again?

back up your sd card, run emunand9 which you can get from github, then restore your sd card backup. That is the way i did it, not sure if there is a newer way

I did that but idk how to access emunand nonething changed

press R/L (forgot which, try both) on boot, if you set it to "Autoboot Sysnand" it should boot the emunand if it's on your system.

OK I got emunand to boot up so how do I unlink my emunand from My sysnand and have my emunand have a different friend code?

you need to format your emunand to get a new friend code on your emunand.

OK I see so since my sysnand is my main I go to emunand then use tinyformat to unlink then format emunand to get a new friend code correct?
