Hacking Need help with emuNAND and CFW

I've been following this guide http://pastebin.com/EBKipkPW
I have downgraded just fine. Now I'm trying to create an emuNAND. Now heres the confusing part. I did some of the stuff that was on the guide, but when I loaded up RXTools it always gave an error code. It allowed me to install the stuff, but it kept giving errors.
Then I for some reason went into Settings > Data Management > Nintendo 3DS > Aditional content and deleted something XD Now I cant acess the menu by pressing L on boot. What do I do?

Sounds like you removed MenuHax, which is necessary before creating an emuNAND partition. Have you created emuNAND yet, or are you just before that step?
